Where do you deliver?
Queensland — Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and all towns north to Rockhampton. Northern NSW — Tweed Heads, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour and Nambucca. Western Australia — Perth metro from Mandurah to Yanchep. Townsville, Mackay, Cairns, Western Queensland, the rest of NSW and Victoria are serviced with our partners.
How far south do you run in NSW?
As far south as Nambucca Heads, taking in the Northern Rivers and Byron Bay on the way.
Can I track a delivery?
Yes. We provide real-time tracking and updates through the run, so you can see where an order is rather than ringing to ask.
What sort of vehicles do you use?
Our own fleet of refrigerated trucks, maintained to hold product integrity across the whole run rather than just the first leg.
Do you take on small businesses?
Yes. Our client base runs from boutique chocolatiers to large-scale manufacturers, and delivery schedules are tailored to the size and rhythm of your business.
What kinds of product do you carry?
Temperature-sensitive goods — chocolate and confectionery, baked goods, dairy, prepared meals and similar lines. Our team specialises in confectionery logistics where timing and temperature both matter.
Does delivery connect to your storage?
Yes. Product stored with us is picked, packed and loaded onto our own trucks, so there is no third-party handover between the coolroom and your customer.
Do you store raw meat or seafood?
No. To keep our coolrooms and trucks odour-free, we don't accept raw meat, poultry, seafood or other strong-smelling goods.
