Pickers work from handheld devices with real-time instructions, every item is scanned and verified, and stock updates the instant it moves — faster, more accurate order fulfilment without the mountain of paper and ink that traditional stock picking runs on.
Deliver and Store provides third-party picking, packing and order fulfilment for temperature-sensitive product at Deception Bay in Brisbane (QLD 4508) and Welshpool in Perth (WA 6106). Orders are picked from handheld devices on a web-based paperless system, every item is barcode or QR verified against the order, stock updates live as it moves, and completed orders load straight onto our own refrigerated delivery runs. The business is HACCP certified, 100% Australian owned and family run, and has handled temperature-sensitive freight since 1987.

How does the paperless system work?
Pickers work from handheld devices showing real-time picking instructions instead of printed run sheets. The order updates as it is picked, so there is no batch of dockets to reconcile at the end of the day.
How do you stop the wrong item going out?
Every item is scanned by barcode or QR code and verified against the order, which gets us close to 100% accuracy on products and quantities.
Does picking affect product temperature?
That is why the routing matters. Our smart algorithms guide pickers along the most efficient path through the facility, cutting handling time and keeping product closer to its optimal temperature.
Will my stock levels be accurate?
Yes. Our automated inventory management updates stock instantly as orders are picked, which prevents shortages and stops orders being accepted against stock that is not there.
What happens after an order is picked?
It moves straight onto our refrigerated fleet for last-mile delivery, so the order does not leave our control between the pick face and your customer.
