Do you deliver across all of Brisbane?
Yes. Brisbane metro, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast are all on scheduled runs from our Deception Bay depot, along with the Darling Downs and all towns north to Rockhampton.
Is the fleet yours or subcontracted?
Ours. We run company-owned refrigerated vehicles with our own drivers in the core network. Townsville, Mackay, Cairns, Western Queensland, the rest of NSW and Victoria are the exception — those are serviced with freight partners.
What temperatures do you carry?
Frozen at −18°C, cold at 1°C to 5°C, chiller at 10°C to 15°C, and ambient dry, so a mixed consignment can travel on one vehicle.
Can I see proof my product stayed cold?
Yes. Temperature is logged from load through to delivery and proof of delivery is captured digitally, so there is a record against the consignment.

Can you store the product as well as deliver it?
Yes — our Brisbane cold storage is the same site as the transport depot, so storage, picking and delivery run as one operation.
Do you store raw meat or seafood?
No. To keep our coolrooms and trucks odour-free, we don't accept raw meat, poultry, seafood or other strong-smelling goods.
